Our popular superwash sock yarn, knitted into 100g blanks. The blank is double stranded so it will produce two identical 50-gram skeins of yarn once unwound and separated. The merino fibers have been specially treated to make the yarn machine washable and it will not ‘felt’ when dyed or washed (when following the recommended care instructions). This yarn is perfect for socks, which will feel soft next to the skin due to the fine micron merino used.

Our indie-dyed yarns are made with top-notch materials and professional acid dyes. Though the colors are set and colorfast, some bleeding may occur, especially with rich blue tones.

Each skein has natural variations due to the nature of the yarn and the dye process. No two skeins, even in the same colorway, even in the same batch, will be identical. These variations add to the beauty and richness of the yarn you’re working with! All colorways are created in small batches, so be sure to grab up as many as you think you’ll need for your project!

Superwash Sock Blank — 75 superwash merino / 25 nylon — 437 yards / 100 grams (once separated, approximately 220 yards / 50 grams each)

Machine washable on a wool setting, ideally using a wool detergent. Or hand wash at 30°C / 86°F or below. Dry flat, do not sun dry or tumble dry. Avoid wringing and twisting.
